- £17.53 – £34.51 per hour per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Llwyn-Y-Bryn Campus
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and teach across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards
- Develop and employ a variety of teaching and learning strategies, including the use of ILT, delivering successful outcomes for our students
- Assist the team in achieving targets for retention and attainment
About you:
- Possess a degree, or equivalent, in a relevant area
- Hold a CELTA certificate (or level 5 equivalent)
- Possess a recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE), or be prepared to work towards one
- Knowledge and experience of teaching non-native speakers of English
- Be committed to continuous improvement and quality and have a sincere desire to help our students achieve
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills
